Born in 1990, Battibecco’s younger brother, my parents’ restaurant where I took my first steps after school. I grew up with the myth of my father Nico, ex-starred Chef, who has given me his the passion for cooking. Unlike him I have also experience as a Maître. I'd love wandering from taverns to starred restaurants, as long as I have with me the key ingredient: the love for what you do.
My approach does not want to leave the tradition and the simplicity of flavors. My job consists of researching and selecting high-quality products and my ambition is to realize a Bolognese cuisine which differs from the others or, I better say, “Oltre” the others.
I was born the son of a basketball player and grew as a little man in the world of sports, fashion, and art to develop a passion for restaurants, their design applied to good food. This, together with my enormous curiosity, led me to do what I do, an entrepreneur who is not an entrepreneur… Behold, this is how I feel. I love to diversify: shops, street style, social media, marketing, food, art. All these elements are interconnected and accompany me along my life journey. All this will be “Oltre”.
